We offer flat monthly pricing, so there are no surprises. We’ll take the time to discuss your specific business needs and determine the best way we can support you.

Fees for preparing individual and business tax returns can be found on our Tax Prep Fees page. If this is the first time we’re preparing your taxes, we’ll match what you paid last year or charge $199—whichever is less.

For simple tax returns that include only a W-2, there is a minimum fee of $79.

We specialize in QuickBooks Online and work efficiently in a remote, cloud-based environment. We’re happy to meet virtually or schedule in-person meetings to help you better understand your bookkeeping and financial reports.

We also use secure, cloud-based software to make document uploads and information sharing easy, safe, and convenient.

We analyze and record all of your business transactions in QuickBooks, then prepare monthly financial statements such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports—giving you a clear picture of your business’s financial health.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and are truly here to serve you. We’re happy to meet as often as needed to support your specific business goals, including offering weekly cash flow meetings to help you stay on top of your finances and optimize cash flow.

We’ll need your bank statements each month to keep your books accurate and up to date. We can set up your accounts to automatically sync with QuickBooks, allowing you to focus on running your business while we handle the bookkeeping.

If you prefer, you can also send us your documents directly. We use secure, cloud-based software and email to ensure safe and easy document delivery.

We deliver your monthly financial reports by the 10th of each month, giving you timely insights to better plan and manage your business.
